Frequently asked questions
How do guests open the menu?
Each table has a QR code. Guests scan it with the phone camera and open the branded menu in the browser. No guest app is required.
Can the menu run in Arabic and English?
Yes. The guest experience supports Arabic with RTL layout and English. You maintain translations in the restaurant workspace.
Does HalaQR include table ordering?
Guest ordering is available on paid plans that include it. The free plan is designed for publishing a digital menu and QR codes. Check the pricing page for the live plan list.
Is there a kitchen display?
Yes. Submitted orders can appear on kitchen and station boards so prep teams update status during service.
Do you integrate with a POS?
POS integration is not offered as a live product feature on this site. HalaQR runs the QR menu, guest order, and kitchen workflow inside its own workspace.
Can guests pay in the menu?
Guest online payment at the table is not a current product feature. Subscription billing for the restaurant workspace is separate and charged in SAR.
Is Majlis Cafe a customer?
No. Majlis Cafe is a demonstration restaurant so you can try the guest menu. It is labelled as a demo.
